What's Happening

Athens Episcopal Young Adults will gather for our monthly Night Out for coffee and dessert at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 27th at Two Story Coffeehouse.  We’ll continue our ongoing discussion of Stephen Prothero’s book God Is Not One.  If you’re reading with us, please read through Chapter 5 so we continue our discussion.  If you haven’t yet started reading, the book is available through local bookstores and online.

Remember, you don’t have to be reading the book to join us for coffee and dessert!

Mornings With St. Benedict

DAYA in partnership with the Church of Our Saviour will be offering a Benedictine prayer morning.  It is in these mornings that we hope to share in a larger community this monastic form of a daily life: prayer - worship - study - work - eat. We will be meeting the first and third Saturday of every month and lunch will always be provided.  More

The Episcopal Church, like many religious institutions, uses its Washington office to monitor the government and to coordinate national grassroots campaigns to support the Church’s stated goals. The Young Adult Service Corps (YASC)
