Money has already been budgeted for 2008 for new locks to be installed. All Vestry members will have a master key because of their responsibility for securing the buildings on Sundays, as well as other times during the week. Included in the policies and procedures should be a “key check-out system” for groups and parishioners who use the buildings regularly or for special events. John Becker and Katherine will do a walk around of buildings to discuss details. They will look into the cost of keys vs key pads, as well. A Key Committee was also formed: John Becker, Katherine Byrne, Bill Connerat, and Betsy Turner. There was concern regarding safety of the nursery during church services. A group will be meeting on Thursday, January 10, to begin this discussion. Commission/Committee Chairs Fr. Robert appointed Commission and Committee Chairs for 2008: 1.
