The Finance Committee oversees the expenditure of all monies spent by Emmanuel Church except clergy discretionary funds. The Committee analyzes monthly statements and compares spending to the Vestry approved budget. The Committee investigates the various insurance needs of the parish and makes recommendations to the Vestry. The Committee presents a provisional budget to the Vestry for their deliberations. In all matters the Committee works closely with the Treasurer. The Committee has regular meetings on the Monday evenings preceding the Wednesday evening vestry meetings
The Chair is appointed by the Rector and Senior Warden. Volunteers from the parish are most welcome to participate.
