An Aerial Overview of the Emmanuel Campus

We begin with an annotated aerial photograph of the church campus and some surrounding territory.

Eleven buildings are numbered, but not all of them are owned by the church. Prince Avenue is clearly marked. Pope Street passes between the buildings numbered 1 and 4, and goes straight toward the Cobb House (building 8). Barber Street is more easily seen to the right of building 9.

The following list will help identify the different buildings.

  1. Emmanuel Church - Sanctuary, Offices, Parlor

  2. Parish House - Common Room, Kitchen, School Rooms

  3. Education Building - Nursery, School Rooms

  4. Music Center - Rehearsal Room, Sunday School Room

  5. Meeting House - Not used by the church

  6. Youth House - Not used by the church

  7. Outreach Building - Leased to three community service organizations.

  8. Cobb House - Emmanuel has decided to sell the Cobb House to a private party.

  9. Golden Pantry - Not owned by Emmanuel.

  10. 540 Prince Ave - Owned by the church and used for meetings and adult education.

  11. Huddle House - The ground under the Huddle House is owned by Emmanuel, but the building is not.
