Bishop Neil Alexander presided as infants were marked as Christ's own forever, and others somewhat older (but undoubtedly young at heart) were confirmed or received into our Episcopal Church.

In addition, our own Vince Howard was presented with the St. George Award for his extensive service to youth at Emmanuel and in the community.

After the service the Bishop and Father Robert dedicated the newly refurbished space to be used in the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program designed for children 3 to 5 years old.
